Noise levels near the pool area can be overwhelming!!! Limited beach access is a real letdown!!! Cleaning standards in the rooms need serious improvement!!! It would be nice to have more clarity on hotel policies.

The hotel is perfect for families with kids and has great all-inclusive dining options. The beach is beautiful and the waterpark made our children so happy, especially with our little baby enjoying the splash zones. Staff are always ready to assist so you can relax.
For dads, it would be great if the pool was a bit bigger to accommodate families better during peak hours.

The kids enjoyed daily activities, and the staff organized fun events for them. Having time for myself while they were occupied made my stay more relaxing.
I found the evening entertainment lacking for adults during our visit. it seemed more focused on the children.
